Travelling from VA to MS we discovered a clicking sound when we applied the brakes. Took it to Warran who checked everything and found nothing and charged us nothing as well. We are shocked as they took the time to check everything. When they said no charge my husband was flabbergasted and  their response was "We are not doctors, we don't charge for checkups." We are very impressed with the integrity and friendliness of this business, please patronize them. - John T.

There seems to be a common misconception among many that if you have an aftermarket/extended warranty, that your car, truck, SUV or Jeep must be taken to a dealership. This is not true. Non-dealership / Independent Automotive repair shops can service and repair your new or UNDER WARRANTY/EXTENDED WARRANTY. As a positive, at our shop you can get fast service and work with highly trained technicians!  We'd love to take care of your vehicle for you and can do so right here at our automotive shop. Repairs by highly rated and trained automotive technicians with dealer rated diagnostic tools, at BETTER PRICING by a shop that knows you!

It is a law that independent automotive repairs shops can maintain and service your warranty. All consumers are protected by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, that is enforced by Federal Trade Commission (FTC). It prohibits a manufacturer from voiding the new vehicles warranty or a vehicles extended warranty because service was performed by a Non-Dealer/Independent Repair shop.

Per the FTC, “It's illegal for a dealer to deny your warranty coverage simply because you had warranty work or routine maintenance or repairs performed by our automotive shop. Routine maintenance can include anything from oil changes, tire rotations and belt replacement, to fluid checks, flushes, new brake pads and inspections.” It is also important to note that the “Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act makes it illegal for a company to void your warranty or deny coverage under the warranty for the simple cause that you used an aftermarket or recycled part.”

One of the major perks to bringing your vehicle to an independent repair shop is the ability to make your money go further. Many times, warranties will have a limit or a deductible. Our goal is to make your warranty work for you.

Lastly, If you are on the fence about whether or not to purchase an AFTERMARKET or EXTENDED warranty. We suggest opening a savings account for your car and putting back money for possible breakdowns. While warranties are great the limitations can sometimes outweigh the benefits.

Whichever option you may choose we will be there for you every step of the way! We look forward to taking care of your new or under extended/aftermarket warranty, car, truck, SUV or Jeep right here. Give us a call today!

I can't recommend these guys enough. Our car broke down a few miles away and they not only towed it, but came early in a passenger vehicle to let us sit in a/c while we waited (Mississippi is hot!). They fit us in right away and got right down to the problem (broken spark plugs). They wouldn't have our part until the next morning and offered to make arrangements for us to stay at a nearby motel. Luckily, our friends in a separate car were able to drive in the missing part from Alabama. John stayed late to wait for them to arrive and got us back on the road shortly after. I am so grateful to John and his team! They were honest, transparent about what was going on, and went above and beyond to help us. They gave us a fair price, were compassionate, and provided excellent service. Thank you! -Charlotte G

I tried to fix my own vehicle but ended up screwing it up.  I have an old work truck and an always a little embarrassed to put it in the shop.  At Warren from the guy who picked up my car to the guys I talked to on the phone I had a great experience.  Everyone was friendly and respectful (the opposite of the last place I brought the truck).  I am not positive but it seems that not only did the guys at Warran fix what I requested but they seem to have fixed a couple of other things as well ... For instance my wiper washers work way better now and I am sure they fixed them without charging me.  I worried about the price because I work in a casino where as everyone knows who work in these places, they pay peanuts.  The price was more than reasonable and since I am alone in a new town it was great to find people that can be trusted. -Tim G

I have gone to several shops in the area the past couple of years and Warran Automotive is by far the most professional with fair pricing. My wife's car was checked in by Gary who professionally gathered the problem details Friday morning. The shop called that afternoon with diagnosis and upfront pricing. Later they discovered a motor mount that should be replaced and again called offering options. Later I met the owner, Warran who offered to release the car after shop was closed, to pick up the car , and he is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, offering advice for future maintenance without "selling". We will defiinitely be back to this Waveland Gem. -John R

Took my vehicle in for some repair and service. Grizz is one fine service manager. Patient, professional, and friendly. They got the diagnostics done quick, called me back and gave me an honest run down. Called me on the day they're CLOSED and him and a few technicians were waiting when I went and picked it up. Totally fair pricing, and rock solid service. I've found a great trusted service garage for the Mustang!! Go there and be treated right. -Judson M

I cannot say enough good things about Lewis and his team at Warran Automotive. My wife and I were on vacation when the A/C in my car started acting up. I dropped the car off and Vince took me back to our rental house in his personal vehicle. Lewis was up front about the problem and the cost. During the process he refused to replace a part because he couldn't duplicate the symptom and wasn't sure that particular part was the source of the problem, saying, "I don't want to just throw parts at it. I won't do you like that." These guys have know-how, experience, and integrity. It's a shame I live 700 miles away or they'd be my new auto repair place. If you're in the Bay St. Louis / Waveland area and need car repair, they will treat you right. -Alan S

Warran Automotive is what a business should be: Competent, fair, fast, and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about Lewis and the staff at Warren Automotive.

On I-10, heading back home to Florida after a trip to Texas, our air conditioning went out. The battery light came on and then we heard a BANG! as if something hit the bottom of car. Then the engine temperature gauge climbed into the red. Luckily we were near a weigh station. We pulled over and looked under the hood. The belt had come off and was wrapped around the pulleys. We called AAA for a tow. Thank God we had our smart phone. I got into Yelp and searched for an auto repair shop. Warran Automotive in Bay St. Louis came up first because of the customer ratings. I called and Lewis told us that he worked on Jeeps and he'd see if he couldn't get us on the road today. It was one o'clock and I thought that was pretty optimistic but it was a ray of sunshine in what could have been an ugly situation. It took two hours for the tow truck from AAA to show. By the time we got to Warran, it was after three.

Lewis looked at our car, quoted me a good price, and said he could have us fixed and on the road by noon the next day. I figured we'd have to rent a car and drive to a hotel. Lewis told us of a hotel close by and said they'd drive us there with our luggage. "You're kidding," I thought. What automotive shop gives limousine service? One of the guys, Gary, helped pile our luggage into Lewis' truck and drove us to the hotel. He said to call him the next day so he could come pick us up. Gary picked us up the next morning at the hotel and I had to move fast or he would have carried all of our luggage. They replaced our air conditioning system, installed a new radiator, and got us on the road the next day after lunch.

Mississippi is known for friendly folks but this was way above and beyond. Lewis, Gary, and the staff at Warran Automotive made our breakdown a side trip instead of an inconvenience. These are some of the friendliest folks you'll ever meet. It's the kind of business everyone wants to work with. I wish Lewis would move his business to Florida.
